Guerre occidentale contre la Russie

Washington et l’OTAN parlent maintenant d’envoyer des armes à l’armée de Kiev en déroute. C’est le deuxième cliquet vers un affrontement militaire de « l’Occident » (?) avec la Russie :

Cette guerre avec une puissance nucléaire, officiellement personne ne la veut. Mais tout se passe comme si l’engrenage de l’attaque «occidentale » tournait déjà. On sait depuis 1914 comment éclate une guerre mondiale : c’est le mécanisme fatal des alliances et la pression d’intérêts économiques enveloppés d’idéologie. Or:

■ le mécanisme des « alliances » est en place depuis que l’OTAN (au lieu d’être dissoute après la chute de l’URSS et la fin du pacte de Varsovie) fut maintenue et élargie aux dimensions mondiales, devenant ainsi le ban et l’arrière-ban du suzerain washingtonien ;

■ les intérêts économiques sautent aux yeux : ils sont exclusivement américains. Washington n’a jamais admis que la Russie tente de se ressaisir après le dépeçage « eltsinien » de son économie : d’où la mise en place d’une stratégie politico-militaire anti-russe dès 1994, stratégie dont l’OTAN est l’outil… et qui contredit de plein fouet les intérêts européens. On sait que la machinerie de l’UE est indifférente aux intérêts de l’Europe : elle roule pour l’hyper-classe globale, ce qui est autre chose.

■ L’enveloppe idéologique est double, voire schizophrène :

1. à Washington c’est l’impérialisme néoconservateur poursuivi par Obama sous une forme plus sournoise. Cet impérialisme est la vieille ambition de « leadership global », mais qui se crispe au moment où le monde secoue ce leadership : crispation US drapée dans le prétexte de la « lutte contre le terrorisme global »… (Terrorisme dont feraient absurdement partie, par exemple, Poutine et al-Baghdadi en tant que « brutal dictators »).

2. En Europe, l’enveloppe idéologique est encore plus absurde… et non moins dangereuse. Une loi russe « homophobe » ne suffisant tout de même pas à légitimer une guerre (quoique ?), on réactive le fantasme de   « Moscou-voulant-asservir-l’Occident ». D’où l’apparition plus qu’étrange, dans nos médias, d’un vocabulaire datant de 1942 : «combattants européens », « ours russe », « main de Moscou » ; et une non moins étrange complaisance de nos médias envers les bataillons de « volontaires » ostensiblement nationaux-socialistes qui tiennent lieu d’armée à Kiev.

Ces bataillons nazis se font étriller par les rebelles du Donbass. Les appelés ukrainiens de l’armée régulière, démotivés et désemparés, ne sont pas en meilleure posture. Le pouvoir de Kiev, fabrication américaine à peine dissimulée (voyez la composition du gouvernement) est au bord de la déroute militaire, mais aussi de la catastrophe économique puisqu’il s’est coupé de son marché naturel : l’espace russe.

C’est alors que le Pentagone, qui semble avoir pris les commandes dans cette affaire, hausse le ton et franchit un pas vers la guerre. Le général Dempsey, chef d’état-major américain inter-armé, annonce «d’autres options que diplomatiques». Le général Breedlove, « commander-in-chief » de l’OTAN, annonce l’envoi d’armes aux troupes de Kiev (drones et missiles pour un montant de trois milliards de dollars selon le NYT).

La conseillère d’Obama « pour les questions de sécurité », Susan Rice, pousse dans le même sens. Inutile de préciser que les armes américaines sophistiquées qui seront livrées à Kiev seront servies par des spécialistes américains, voire euro-otaniens. Ainsi des Américains et des Européens tireront sur les rebelles du Donbass : l’intention est même de tirer « sur les Russes », puisque l’armée russe est en Ukraine – à en croire l’OTAN. Le premier tir de missile US dans le Donbass visera symboliquement la Russie. On sait comment tournent ces choses.

On vient ainsi de franchir un cliquet dans l’engrenage d’une guerre qui serait effroyable, compte tenu de l’arsenal du pays que l’on veut attaquer.

En ramenant la France dans la vassalité de l’OTAN, M. Sarkozy nous a ré-enfermés dans la position d’agresseur-cible dont le général de Gaulle nous avait sortis. Le plus beau est que les conseillers politico-militaires d’Obama vouent un mépris total à la France : « un tas de merde », avait dit Mme Rice du plan français d’intervention au Mali… Ce plan était ce qu’il était, et ses résultats sont aléatoires puisque les djihadistes sahariens sont solidement basés (et lourdement armés) en Libye grâce à M. Sarkozy ; mais la phrase de Mme Rice exprimait surtout l’indifférence de Washington envers le problème djihadiste*. Comme sa prédécesseur(e) qui se nommait également Rice, Mme Rice bis ne fait pas la guerre aux djihadistes : elle fait la guerre à… la Russie. Vous savez pourquoi.

Soumis à ces intérêts qui ne sont pas les nôtres, enfermés dans une OTAN où nous n’aurions jamais dû revenir, nous voilà dans le convoi d’une guerre qui n’aurait pour nous aucun sens, mais qui en aurait un pour le capitalisme en crise : comme en 1914.

ps – C’est peut-être l’une des explications du « soutien » d’Obama au nouveau gouvernement grec. En menaçant d’empêcher l’UE de suivre Washington contre la Russie, Tsipras gêne Obama. En soutenant Tsipras dans l’affaire de la dette, Obama obtient que la Grèce ne mette pas son veto à des opérations européennes antirusses. Le Premier ministre grec: Ulysse aux Mille Ruses ?

* Sauf dans les cas spécifiques où ce problème menace, ou pourrait menacer, l’Etat d’Israël.
